CLIENT:
Our client, a renowned banking institution, is seeking a highly qualified DORA Program Manager to enhance their IT team. This exceptional opportunity is for an experienced professional eager to contribute to the organization's compliance and risk management efforts.
MISSIONS:
A few sample of the missions that would be yours if you apply :
- Lead the implementation of the DORA directive using an existing gap analysis to establish a detailed action plan, in collaboration with the bank's stakeholders.
- Regularly and accurately report progress to the Executive Committee.
- Foster interactions and alignment between the first line of defense (third-party business contract owners, DORA team members, CISO, Procurement) and the second line of defense (OIRM, Legal) to ensure risk management objectives are met.
- Ensure diligent follow-up on gap closure and deliverable completion in collaboration with DORA pillar leaders.
- Actively participate in Agile teams to promote collaboration and innovation.
- Maintain professional relationships with other banking institutions to share best practices and knowledge.
PROFILE:

- Exceptional communication skills to convey security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep knowledge of the DORA directive and the banking environment.
- Experience in third-party provider management and/or IT/BP outsourcing.
- Expertise in capturing regulatory requirements (EBA guidelines, CSSF circulars).
- Proficiency with tools such as Hubwoo, ServiceNow, AzureBoards is appreciated.
- Master’s degree in business or engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT security project management.
- Certifications such as PMI, Agile Scrum, or equivalent.
- Good command of English and conversational knowledge of French
