Our client is looking for a passionate Operational Resilience Directive (ORD) Program Leader to drive key IT security initiatives. MISSIONS:

Missions withhin the position :

  • Work closely with project leaders to track the progress of gap closure and deliverable completion.
  • Actively contribute within Agile teams to foster a collaborative and adaptive working approach.
  • Manage the implementation of the Operational Resilience Directive using a detailed gap analysis and defining an action plan aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Actively contribute within Agile teams to foster a collaborative and adaptive working approach.
  • Transparently report progress and challenges to the Executive Committee.
  • Build strong relationships with other financial institutions to promote continuous exchange of best practices.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the first line of defense (third-party contract managers, resilience team, CISO, Procurement) and the second line of defense (OIRM, Legal) to ensure project delivery.

PROFILE:

If your profile shows all or part of these requirements you may be the perfect candidate ! 

  • Proven expertise in the Operational Resilience Directive and banking environment.
  • Proactive, action-oriented, able to take initiative and adapt quickly.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security project management.
  • Certifications such as PMI, Agile Scrum, or equivalent.
  • Good command of English and conversational knowledge of French
  • Strong team spirit, rigorous, precise, and disciplined.
  • Effective communication skills to explain security concepts to various audiences.
  • Experience in third-party provider management and/or IT/BP outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (EBA guidelines, CSSF circulars).
  • Proficiency with tools like Hubwoo, ServiceNow, AzureBoards is a plus.
